Job Summary
oversee and manage all IT operations within the hotel, including Property Management Systems (PMS), Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, guest Wi-Fi services, CCTV systems, and integration of technology across departments.

Job Description/Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience, including at least 3 years in the hospitality industry.
- Strong working knowledge of PMS platforms (e.g., Opera, Protel, eZee), POS systems, networking, firewalls, and guest-facing technologies.
- Proven track record managing IT infrastructure in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Ability to lead internal IT teams and respond effectively to urgent technical issues.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
