JOB DETAILS:
Casino Simba is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT infrastructure and excellent problem-solving abilities to ensure the seamless operation of our technical systems.

Position: IT Expert
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Oversee network administration, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Provide end-user support for hardware and software-related issues.

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems promptly and effectively.

• Collaborate with remote technical experts to ensure system efficiency and resolve advanced issues.
• Maintain IT infrastructure security and integrity.

• Assist in upgrading and deploying new IT systems and software as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
• Experience: 1–2 years’ hands-on experience in IT support, including Windows Server management and network administration.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware/software issues and end-user support.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Knowledge of IT security practices is an added advantage.
