We are seeking a proactive IT Executive to support our digital systems, online platforms, and internal technology needs. This role suits a fast learner who is confident with troubleshooting, system setup, and coordinating technology projects. You will support the launch and management of our online marketplace and ensure smooth operations across our software tools and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for company software, hardware, and online platforms.
• Support the setup, testing, and maintenance of our e commerce website and internal systems.
• Assist in monitoring system performance and resolving IT issues in a timely manner.
• Work with the team to manage data entry, system updates, and user access rights.
• Support digital marketing activities by maintaining web content and basic analytics reporting.
• Research and recommend new technology tools that improve efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
