JOB DETAILS:
SBS Systems Limited is a leading IT Solution provider and has been operating in Uganda for more than 25 Years. The Company is seeking to recruit a Ugandan IT Enterprise Pre- Sales Engineer to join a team of highly motivated and trained staff.

Position Overview
• IT Enterprise Pre-sales Engineer will be responsible for interacting with potential and existing clients to determine their product and service needs in the Enterprise space.
• He/ she will be responsible to configure, design, propose, install and support the customer requirement
• An II Enterprise Presales Engineer must have strong communication skills and an understanding of technical concepts. They need to be able to clearly explain complex ideas in a way that everyday people can understand them
• The IT Enterprise Pre-sales Engineer typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include
• Development of a strategic plan together with a team of Account managers and Management to grow the product increase market share and grow the company sales in general
• Identifying potential clients for the company's products or services, then contacting them to determine interest in a purchase.
• Capacity to identify new opportunities in the Enterprise space to both new and existing customers in order to achieve set targets.
• Providing information about products or services to potential clients, including demonstrations of new products or services.
• Consulting with customers to detererine feir needs and preferences to help them select the right products or services for their needs
• Coordinating with. Marketing teams to develop marketing campaigns for new products or services. Preparing proposals for new projects and negotiating prices with clients or other parties involved in the project's decision-making unit
• Creating detailed plans for the project timeline, expense estimates, and project specifications, such as materials needed and crew requirements
• Willing to Study and pass Designated Product certifications and training within a given time to achieve the required IT product roadmap.

Qualifications and Experience
Have a minima 5 year experience in the design. configuring selling and supporting IT Enterprise solutions (Servers, Storage, Switches) to both the Public and Private sectors.
A University graduate with a relevant IT degree and professional certifications with major IT Vendors
