In the role of an IT consultant, you will take responsibility for all or part of our customers' IT environment by designing solutions, making installations and monitoring their functions in our operating environment. You will also contribute and support your technical knowledge to our customers' development in IT by introducing you to their business and understanding it from an IT perspective.

Your main tasks in the role of IT consultant are:
- Be part of our Delivery team and work with colleagues in Sales and Service Desk to deliver high quality services to our customers.
- Provide technology support through consulting, installation, troubleshooting and monitoring
- Guiding and contributing to customer development in IT and Office 365

What we are looking for:

The merit is if you have:
- Experience in methodical troubleshooting and troubleshooting of server, network, computers and peripherals
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating system
- Experience of Powershell
- Experience of the Office package.
- Good knowledge of networks such as design, routing firewall etc.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft operating system, both client and server
- Good knowledge of Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Flow and OneDrive etc.)
