Job Summary: We are expanding aggressively in the Uganda market and looking for a dynamic IT Business Developer who can generate and convert enterprise-level IT leads.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate high-value IT business leads for:
• Custom Software Development.
• Mobile & Web Applications.
• GPS Tracking & Fleet Management Systems.
• Plant & Industrial Automation Solutions.
• ERP, CRM, SAP/Dynamics integrations.
• IoT, AI & Satellite Monitoring Solutions.
• Develop strong relationships with:
• Manufacturing plants.
• Sugar, Coffee, FMCG industries.
• Logistics, Transport & Warehousing companies.
• Government bodies & Corporates.
• Conduct field visits across Uganda to identify business opportunities.
• Present Mitiosys solutions to potential clients and prepare proposals.
• Convert leads into projects and close deals.
• Coordinate with technical teams in India & Uganda for solution delivery.
• Maintain CRM, sales pipeline & monthly performance reports.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience in IT Sales / Business Development / Industrial Sales.
• Excellent understanding of:
• Software development lifecycle.
• Automation & GPS-based projects.
• ERP / CRM systems.
• Must have good industrial & corporate connections in Uganda.
• Ability to independently generate and close enterprise IT projects.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel extensively across Uganda.

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary: UGX 2,000,000 – 3,000,000 per month.
