Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities for irrigation and water pumping systems.
• Design and size irrigation systems (drip, sprinkler, centre pivot, etc.) based on client needs and field conditions.
• Design and size solar water pumping systems, including PV arrays, pumps, and control gear.
• Prepare detailed designs, drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities for water infrastructure projects.
• Conduct site visits, demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental sustainability.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and partners.
• To provide excellent customer service to all our customers.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports.
• Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth strategy.
• Provide after-sales technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Water Resources Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or a related field
• At least 3 years’ experience in irrigation system design and sales.
• Strong technical knowledge of irrigation systems and components, pumping systems and water management systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, EPANET and irrigation design software.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
