1. The Uganda Prisons Service has allocated funds to be used for the acquisition of Assorted Stationery, Tonners and Printed Stationery under a Two-Year framework contract.

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above mentioned supplies:

1. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedure contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and its open to all eligible bidders.

2. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below at 8(a) from 08:00am to 05:00 PM (local time) on working days.

3. The Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application of the address below at 8(a) upon payment on a non-refundable fee of UGX. 100,000= (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only) for each lot. The method of payment will be Bank Payment Form (BPF) using the Uganda Prisons TIN No. 1000032871 to a bank of one's choice.

4. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8(a) at or before 11:00a.m (local time) on 17/10/2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend the address below at 8(b) at 11:30a.m on 17/10/2025.

5. There Shall NOT be a pre – bid meeting.
