Description
INVITATION TO BID UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES, CLEANING SERVICES AND ELECTRICAL, CIVIL AND PLUMBING PARTS UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS.
The National Identification & Registration Authority (NIRA) has allocated funds for the acquisition of the requirements listed below.
The Entity now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the following.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act Cap 205 and the Regulations made under the Act and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7:30 from 2025 and 5:00 pm onwards.
The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 8:40 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee as per table above. The payment shall be paid to the bank and must be presented as evidence of payment. Bidders should generate any portion of notice from the NIRA Portal agreement to the Bank for payment.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 8:41 and before 11:00 am evidenced by notice 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security bid securing declaration as per table above Only 8:45 minutes or 10:45 minutes when requested. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend the address below at 8:40 at 11:30 am on 09th October 2025.
Pre-bid meetings shall be held ONLY AT LARGELY this visit on 19 September 2025 (ONLY CLEANING SERVICES) and on 22nd September 2025 for MOTOR VEHICLES on the dates indicated in the report included in this notice.
