The Uganda Heart Institute has allocated/received funds to be used for the Procurement of Medical Insurance for UHI Staff for a Period of Two Years

The Entity invites sealed bid from eligible bidders for the Provision of Medical Insurance for UHI Staff for a Period of Two Years - UHI/SRVCS/25-26/04367

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Restricted Domestic bidding procedures contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2005.

This Letter of invitation has been addressed to the following interested parties:

You may obtain further information from Uganda Heart Institute and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 8(a) from 0800am to 0500pm.

The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the cash office, at ward 2c New Mulago Uganda Heart Institute upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UCX, 100,000y. (Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand Only) for the bid document and thereafter come to the address below for the tender document.

Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 11:00am on 31st July 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UCX 7,590,000 (Uganda Shillings Seven Million Five Hundred Ninety Thousand Nine Hundred only) and must be valid until 31st October, 2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 11:30am on 31st July 2025.
