1. The Local Government Finance Commission (LGFC) has allocated funds to be used for Procurement of one (1) station wagon motor vehicle and four (04) double cabin pickups.

2. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and is open to bona fide car dealers.

3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below in Room 06 & 07 from 8.30am to 12.30pm and 2.30pm to 4.00pm.

4. The bidding document in English may be obtained by interested bidders from the Procurement & Disposal Unit; Northern wing Workers house 10th Floor, Room 06 & 07 during working hours.

5. Bids must be delivered to the address below in Room 06 & 07 before 10.00am on 20th October 2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives, in the LGFC boardroom on 20th October 2025 at 11.00am.

6. The Bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $ns. 100,000 (One hundred thousand Uganda shillings only). The method of payment will be to any commercial bank that receives government revenue.

7. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of UGX. (UGX. 11,100,000 (Eleven Million One Hundred Thousand Uganda shillings only).
