TERM AND CONDITIONS FOR PRECLASSIFICATION.
Prequalification will be conducted in accordance with Public Procurement and Disposal Bill Public Assets Act 2003.
Bidding documents shall be picked from the church of Uganda Provincial Secretariat upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000/= per category.
All costs incurred during the procurement process shall be borne by the church.
Applicants shall attach copies of the following documents (where applicable):
Original receipt evidencing the purchase of the bid documents obtained from the church.
Name and phone numbers of all representatives of the provincial authority on the letter head, telephone contact, emails etc.
List of directors (proprietor’s name, addresses and passport size photographs).
Certificates of incorporation/registration.
Articles and memorandum of association or partnership deed for partnerships.
Identity/voters card and evidence of a bank account for sole proprietorship.
Application for registration.
Valid VAT registration certificate.
Valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate (original certified copies) Vails Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC).
Valid Training License for 2025-2026.
Enclose registered Power of Attorney (where applicable).
Enclose company profile/individual identity document of past experience in similar work.
Evidence of key staff and personal qualification.
Enclose evidence of relevant equipment.
Evidence of financial capacity (recent bank statement and audited books of accounts).
Applicants are free to apply for more than one item separately.
Applications for prequalification should be submitted in sealed envelopes in flip-top (one original and two copies) clearly marked.

Bids shall be opened on 27th July 2025 (2:30pm) in the provincial hall in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may wish to attend.
Bids delivered after the specified time and date shall be rejected.a
