Invitation to Bid: Office and Premises Cleaning Services
BRAC Uganda Limited invites bids from qualified cleaning companies for the provision of office cleaning services at its Country Office in Nsambya.

Payment for Bid Documents: Interested bidders are required to pay UGX 100,000 and present the receipt to BRAC Uganda to obtain the bid document If you wish to participate in this process, please follow the guidelines below:

Note:
- Please don't share your bank payment receipt with another bidder or use the same receipt to request for bid documents under a different name as this will be treated as unethical practice and BRAC may disqualify your participation without refunding any monies paid.
- Make sure that you clearly indicate your company's name in the narration when making the bank payment so that it appears clearly in the payment receipt

Scan and send the deposit slip to the following email address and request for the full bid document for the specific category you are bidding for. Please insert the name of the category you in the subject line of the email. Ensure that you type the email address correctly and that your email does not bounce. BRAČ shall not accept liability for undelivered emails.

Once you receive the full bid documents, please carefully read and understand the contents and requirements as outlined in there and prepare all requested documents and information.

Ensure to submit your bid documents as guided. Scan and save your documents in pdf format only, zip them in one file and submit online through the email address advised in the bid document. Ensure that you type the email address correctly and that your email does not bounce. BRAC shall not accept liability for undelivered emails.

Issuance of bid documents:
Bid documents shall be issued to requesting bidders as below: From: 4th July
To:24 July 2024 (WEEKDAYS only) From 9:00 am till 4:00 pm
Note: After expiry of the issuance time advised above, no bid documents will be issued, a BRAC shall accept no liability whatsoever resulting from late requests, neither shall any refund for the paid monies be made.

Deadline for submission of proposals:
Proposals must be submitted by 26th July 2024, 11:00hrs (East African Standard Time).
