INVITATION TO BID UNDER OPEN DOMESTIC BIDDING

Invitation to bid for Supplies under Frame work contracts

1. 1. Gulu Regional Referral Hospital has allocated funds to be used for acquisition of the above mentioned Supplies.
   2. Gulu Regional Referral Hospital invites sealed bids for acquisition of above supplies under framework contract.
   3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda's Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003.
   4. Bidders shall collect the bidding Document from the Head of Procurement and Disposal Unit upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 100,000/= in Stanbic Bank, Gulu Branch A/c title, Gulu Regional Referral Hospital, A/c no. 9030006288404. The Hospital cashier will receive the bank payment advise form and issue a general receipt.
   5. Bidders may obtain further information from the Head of Procurement and Disposal Unit, Gulu Regional Referral Hospital and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 7(a) from 8:30am to 5:00pm during working days.
   6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(a) at or before 11:00am local time on 15th 05/2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 7(a) 11:30 am local time on 15th 05/2025.
   7. (a) Address for further information and collection of bidding Documents: The Head Procurement and Disposal Unit, Gulu Regional Referral Hospital, First Floor, Room 15, P.O. Box 160 Gulu.
