Namilyango College now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed pre-qualification submissions for the provision of the following:

SUPPLIES

Food Supplies:

• Dry Beans, Maize Flour, Rice Sugar, Cooking Oil, Salt, Royco, Blue Band, Tea Leaves, Curry Powder, Peas, Groundnuts

• Meat, Chicken, Mackerel, Tomatoes, Onions, Cabbage, Carrots, Green Pepper, Watermelon, Pineapples

Bid Submission Requirements

Bids must be accompanied by the following documents:

• Certificate of Incorporation

• Memorandum and Articles of Association

• Current Trading License for the year 2025

• Certificate of Registration with URA

• Copy of TIN Certificate for Tax (TIN)

• Power of Attorney

• Company Profile

• Past Performance/Experience with key personnel and past contracts

Each item must be applied for separately.

Prequalification submissions and shortlisting will be evaluated in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Regulations of the Government of Uganda. This prequalification is open to all eligible bidders.

The cost of prequalification is UGX 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Shillings only), payable to the school bursar. A receipt must be presented when collecting the prequalification document from the Accounts Office.

Completed prequalification submissions must be in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the category name and reference number, and delivered to the address below not later than Monday 12th August 2025 at 11:00am.

Late submissions will not be accepted.
