INVITATION TO BID UNDER SALE BY PUBLIC BIDDING

INVITATION TO BID FOR DISPOSAL OF USED CARS AND ASSORTED ITEMS

1. The Joint Clinical Research Centre intends to sell used cars and assorted items. The asset(s) are sold on an "as is, where is" basis and the Joint Clinical Research Centre will have no further liability after sale.
2. The Joint Clinical Research Centre now invites sealed bids for the purchase of used cars and assorted items under the Sale by Public Bidding method.
3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003 and is open to all interested bidders.
4. Interested bidders may inspect the used cars and assorted items at JCRC Headquarters-Lubowa from January 15th, 2025 to 24th February 2025 from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
5. Interested bidders should obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below. Bidding documents will be issued to interested bidders upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 100,000 (One hundred thousand shillings). The method of payment will be cash payment to our cashier in Finance and Administration block (Prof Justin Epele Opio Building).
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00am on 27th February, 2025. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders who choose to attend at the address below on 27th February 2025.
