INVITATION TO BID FOR ASSET DISPOSAL APRIL 2024
FINCA Uganda Ltd (MDI) is seeking interested bidders for the disposal of assets, comprising Generators, motorcycles, furniture, computers, and laptops etc, situated across its nationwide branches, with the majority located at the main stores in Ben Kiwanuka branch. The assets will be sold on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis and FINCA Uganda Ltd (MDI) will have no further liability after the goods are sold. Access to the complete asset list is available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 50,000 for assets located at Ben Kiwanuka stores and Head Office. Notable assets for sale include Yamaha motorcycles, generators, furniture, and computer-related items. FINCA Uganda Ltd (MDI) reserves the right of admission.

Successful bidders are required to submit a non-refundable commitment fee equal to 10% of the bid price within 72 hours of notification. The full payment must then be settled within one week. Upon full payment, bidders can proceed to collect their assets. Only successful bidders will receive a notification. Should the successful bidder fail to complete payment, the second-highest bidder will be contacted, following the same procedure. Failure to settle the full amount by the end of the first week will result in forfeiture of the 10% commitment fee.

The viewing period for the items will take place from April 23 to May 7th, 2024, between 2:00pm and 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. For Viewing, please contact the FINCA Uganda Administration team after providing proof of payment of the non-refundable fee. Payments should be made at any of our branches across the network. Please note that viewing of these assets is not permitted on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Bid Submission: Sealed bids must be submitted to FINCA Uganda Head Office on Plot 11B, Acacia Avenue, Kololo Kampala clearly marked "APPLICATION FOR DISPOSAL OF ASSETS APRIL 2024." For participants located outside Kampala, please submit bids to the Branch Operations Supervisors across the FINCA Uganda network.
