Kalaki District Local Government is in the process of pre-qualifying eligible and competent service providers to provide the following Works/Supplies/Services/framework contracts for three Financial Years as stated above using funds earmarked from PHC, HSCG, DDEG, PMG, DWSCG, TNT, URF, YLGG, LTI, Development partners among others.

S4: PREQUALIFICATION CATEGORIES

Category A: WorksKalakki@WTS2/2026/2026, 2026/2027, 2027/2028/000

  1. Joint Works (General Construction), Behavioral, Minor repair and Completion of buildings, Fencing, welding and fabrications.

  2. Storage, Design, and Construction of face holes fitted with hard pumps in Kalaki District.

  3. Rehabilitations, Protection of borehole regins wells & Construction of pipe water scheme, water harvesting systems, Production wells and shallow wells.

  4. General construction of road works (Community Access Roads, Rehabilitations and mechanical road maintenance).

  5. Construction of low cost sealing roads.

Category B: SuppliesKalakki@SWRS2/2026/2026, 2026/2027, 2027/2028/000

  1. Supply of electric appliances (Printers, computers, Cameras, projectors and all their accessories).

  2. Supply of furniture (Office and Station furniture) and Provision for repair of furniture.

  3. Supply of material Agriculture mould and implements.

  4. Supply of motor cycles with its accessories.

  5. Supply of medical equipment, uniforms, feedings, and protective gears.

  6. Supply of seabored borehole items (stainless steel pipes, stainless pipes, stainless steel, pump heads, plates, borehole cylinders, Nipples, etc for borehole repairs and rehabilitation).

  7. Supply of science kits and chemical reagents for secondary schools.

Category C: ServicesKalakki@SWRS2/2026/2026, 2026/2027, 2027/2028/000

  1. Provision for filling of machines and equipment for carrying out survey, physical planning, and processing of land titles.

  2. Design of low cost sealing roads.

  3. Provision for storing of Bulletions and connection of power, Supply and installation of solar systems and batteries.

  4. Detecting of local revenue points for (Ingle “A”, “B”, “CA”).

Category D: FrameworkKalakki@WTS2/WTS-SWRS2/2026/2026, 2026/2027, 2027/2028/000

  1. Supply of general stationeries and small office equipment.

  2. Supply of first, Oils and Lumbers and provision of minor services.

  3. Supply of General Building materials: Centent Brides, Colverts, marrom at source and Bill boards to Kalaki district.

  4. Repair and servicing of motorcycles, vehicles, generators and Provision for spare parts, tyres, tubes and batteries.

  5. Hire of heavy road equipment unit and dumper trucks to Kalaki district.

  6. Repair and maintenance of computers, computer accessories, photocopiers and provision for installation of Internet systems for Kalaki District.

  7. Provision for catering services (welfare and entrainment) and provision of conference hall to Kalaki district.

  8. Provision of radio services to Kalaki District.

  9. Provision for cleaning materials and detergents.

Additional Requirements and Procedures

a. Bidders shall be required to enclose copies of the following (Where applicable):

  • Copy of a Valid Trading License.

  • VAT registration certificate or exemption letter.

  • Copies of valid income tax clearance addressed to Kalaki District Local Government.

  • Report of audited books of accounts for the last 3 years (2022 to 2024).

  • Recent bank statements for the last 4 months preceding the date of this advertisement.

  • Postal and physical address of the company/individual, a working email address and a day telephone contact(s).

  • Company profile with staff details, qualification and experience (attach supportive documents).

  • Evidence of ownership or hire of equipment (Where applicable).

  • Record of past and/or current contracts executed by the firm (attach certificate of completion). New firms shall be considered under prequalification – so they must indicate they are new.

  • Memorandum and Articles of Association.

  • Certificate of Registration/Incorporation.

  • Social and Environmental management, Health and safety plan of the firm/company.

  • Evidence of environmental and social management mitigation from the public employer.

  • Recent passport size photograph of director(s) of the firm/individual. NOT Pictures and Scan photo.

  • Annual business turnover for the last 2 years.

  • A valid power of attorney registered by registrar of companies for the person signing on the bid document.

  • And any other requirement stated in the holding document plus any other documents that are necessary to give your bid value.
