Manafwa District Local Government and its lower Local Government has allocated funds and intends to apply part of the proceed of funds for the procurement of works. Supplies and services below for the Financial Year 2024 2025, 2025/2028 and 2028/2027. Manafaa District now invited suitably qualified and eligible bidders to submit sealed application bids from Competent Firms, Companies/Organization for provision of Services, Works and Supplies as described below.

PRE-QUALIFICATION FOR DISTRICT CONTRACTS:
Works:
• General Construction Renovation of Buildings, Latrines and Fencing
• Protection Reconstruction of springs.
• Construction/Rehabilitation/maintenance of Gravity Flow Schemes. boreholes and related supplies
• Driling of boreholes

Supplies:
• Supply of Agriculture inputs tools, food stuffs, tree seedings and Agric. Demonstrations
• Supply of furniture and fittings for school and Offices
• Supply of exotic and local livestock
• Supply of medical equipments.
• Supply of electrical solar installations, repair related
• supply of tippers, trucks and service vehicles

Services:
• Supervision of ariling of boreholes
• Survey, design and documentation including EIA of Gravity Flow Schemes

FRAMEWORK CONTRACTS
Items under frame work contracts.
• Supply of assorted and printed stationary, tonner and cartridges, Photocopying and binding services.
• Supply of fuel, lubricants and servicing of motor vehicles Motorcycles 3. Supply of tyres, tubes and batteries
• Supply of office equipment, computers, printers, photocopiers, cameras, TVs, filling cabinets, generators, Laptops and other accessories including engraving
• Provision of catering Services events management
• Repair maintenance of vehicles Motorcycles and supply of spare parts
• Repair servicing of computer, photocopiers and other related office equipments
• Supply of water tanks, pumping material and related items
• and supply of related items.
• Provision of uniforms, mattress, tailoring services and related items 11.Supply of fire extinguishers and related services.
• Supply materials for road construction, buildings, Tools and culverts
• Prequalification Framework/submissions expressions of interest will be evaluated in accordance with the Local Government (Amendment) Act, 2003 of the Goverment of Uganda.

Terms and Conditions
Bidders/applicants should attach the minimum requirement documents as stated in the bidding document. A Complete set of documents in English may be obtained from the Procurement and Disposal Unit by the interested bidders on submission of non-refundable fee of 50,000. The method of payment will be by depositing to Manava District Local Government General Fund Account No. 4050082000038 Post Bank, Manafaa Branch.
