Description
Markel District Local Government (MUC) is one of the earliest "the employer" pursuant to PPDA Act CAP 205 wishes to dispose of old stock as approved by the District Council.
The Entity therefore invites sealed bids from eligible holders under the Public holding (PB) method in accordance with Public Procurement & Disposal of Public Assets Regulations and guidelines.

Conditions of Disposal:
Belong will be conducted in line with the Public Holding (PB) method as contained in a Public Procurement & Disposal of Assets Act CAP 205 and Regulations 2023.
The items are not designated as the winner for basis.
All holders will be required to submit the following mandatory documents:
(i) Copy of payment info for more refundable, paid by Integrated Revenue Administrator or where URLS is OKLY.
(ii) Copy of National Identity card.The items may be viewed from their respective places of location and providing hours from Monday-Friday 10:00 am-5:00pm (whether 22nd October 2023).
Envelopes containing sealed bids clearly marked with the Disposal Relationship (CI) number on the top right hand corner indicating the item for which the bid is being submitted must be addressed to the Head Procurement & Disposal Unit, PD, Box 67, Mashed.
Bon must be delivered to the PCU Center No. 33 Upper ABC, District Headquarters and only acknowledged or is below Wednesday 16th November 2025 at 11:00 am sharp. Late bids shall be reported.
Bids will be opened in the presence of blidders or other representatives in the District Council Chambers.
