Located in Kampala, the clinic targets root skin concerns rather than superficial symptoms, using high-tech skin analysis technology to customize safe, filter-free treatments for multi-ethnic skin types.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory & Stock Associate to oversee stock control and inventory operations at our clinic.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all clinic stock and inventory.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Track stock levels and initiate timely reorders.
• Receive, inspect, and record deliveries accurately.
• Maintain proper storage conditions and organized stockrooms.
• Monitor expiry dates and minimize wastage.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Coordinate with management and approved suppliers on procurement needs.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Stores Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy stock management position within a clinic, pharmacy, or hospital.
• Experience in an aesthetics environment is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
