Responsibilities
Job Purpose
Will be responsible for the management and movement of inventory within the warehouse.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Forecast supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
• Advise user departments on stock levels
• Monitor and maintain current inventory level, create monthly inventory reports accurately.
• Ensure a steady supply of raw materials and subassemblies.

• Coordinate with the logistic team for purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
• Record the in and out of the items, and label inventory items.

• Liaise with the warehouse team on overall planning, organizing, management and reconciliation of stock, providing technical guidance to the warehouse team and reporting findings to the Finance Manager.

• Analyzing the market and Identify Trends; Accurately analyze the market and / or inventory viz; furniture desired versus furniture in stock, monthly and annual variances, provide variance analysis, suggest actions to the Company.
• Develop and implement daily and monthly Work Plans necessary for executing the above duties and responsibilities.

• Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor and / or Management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree (Honors) in Business Administration or Commerce majoring in Procurement/Supplies/Logistics Management or Transport and Logistics Management orProcurement, Finance, Business Administration, Business Studies, Accounting, Statistics, or related field from a recognized Institution.
• Professional qualifications from awarding Institutes such as Supplies Management (ISM), Certified Institute of Procurement and Supplies (CIPS) and Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.

Details of experience
• At least 3 Years of proven working experience as an Inventory Controller or in a related field.
• Must be a computer literate with experience in CRM
