PROGRAM PURPOSE

To nurture fresh talent by providing structured, hands on training across business, technical, and administrative functions.

PROGRAM RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in onboarding, orientation, and training modules.•
• Rotate through key departments (sales, presales, operations, admin) to gain broad exposure.
• Assist with assigned operational tasks and contribute to project deliverables.
• Attend team meetings, document insights, and prepare brief reports.
• Receive mentorship from assigned supervisors and support improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• Recent university graduate or final year student.
• Strong learning mindset, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Relevant discipline based on rotation (IT, Business).
