JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary
Operations and Maintenance (O&M):
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on equipment, systems, or infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, coordinating and implementing solution.

Quality Assurance (QA):
• Conduct audits and assessments to verify compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and report any non-compliance or quality issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Implement quality control processes to enhance performance and reliability.

Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and quality assessments.
• Generate reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Communicate findings and status updates to relevant stakeholders.

Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure all operations and maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
• Monitor and enforce safety procedures, reporting and mitigating potential hazards.

Continuous Improvement
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Education and Experience
• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer science or relevant field.
• Good troubleshooting skills, such that faults are promptly identified and rectified to meet the required SLAs.
