Position Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Insurance Sales Agents to join our small, dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling various types of insurance products, including life, health, property, and automotive insurance, while working closely with our Unit Manager Corporate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize insurance programs to meet the unique needs of individual customers, ensuring comprehensive coverage against a variety of risks.
• Explain the features, advantages, and disadvantages of various insurance policies to effectively promote sales.
• Proactively seek out new clients through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
• Conduct interviews with prospective clients to gather essential data regarding their financial resources, needs, and existing coverage.
• Deliver and explain policy details to policyholders, suggest necessary changes, and ensure fulfillment of policy requirements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and maintain exemplary customer service standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Post-secondary Diploma in Insurance, Business Administration, or other related fields.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
• Certifications: Relevant insurance certifications (COP) are an added advantage.
