Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Insurance Agent at proncall. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies, assisting clients in selecting the most suitable coverage, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is based in Kampala, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Knowledge of various insurance policies and products
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in computer skills and internet
• UCE & UACE required (Bachelor's degree in a related field will be a plus)
