Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and organize material for practical training
• Conduct tutorial and practical training according to the set timetable
• Carryout continuous assessment and evaluation of trainees practical performance
• Supervise trainees during practical and fiedwork studies
• Serve as classroom teacher
• Offer guidance and counselling to students
• Organize and participate in co-curriculira activities
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the relevant authority
• Offer mentorship, evaluation and assements

Candidate specification

• Educational requirements: Diploma or degree from a recognised university or institute
• Work experience: 3-4 years in a similar role

Critical skills required

• Knowledge skills and competencies of curriculum content in the occupation
• Knowledge of TVET operation procedures and standards
• Clear communication skills
