Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation: Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production schedules and specifications.

Quality Control: Inspect molded parts for quality and defects, ensuring they meet company and customer standards.

Maintenance: 
Perform routine maintenance tasks and assist in repairs to maintain machine efficiency and reduce downtime.

Safety and Compliance: 
Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to safety regulations and maintaining a clean workspace.

Documentation: Complete and file necessary documentation in a timely manner.

Collaboration: Assist other operators and maintenance personnel as needed, and communicate effectively with production teams.

Continuous Improvement:
 Participate in quality improvement projects to enhance machine efficiency and product quality.

Requirements:
Experience: 4 and above years of experience operating injection molding or similar machinery is preferred.

Skills:
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Proficiency in basic computer operations and documentation.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in manufacturing or a related field is advantageous.

Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a manufacturing environment.
