Job Summary
The Industrial Electrician is responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, adjustments, repairs, and overhauls as necessary to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

Roles and responsibilities
• Servicing and maintaining of industrial facilities including quarry crusher, batching plant, electric motors, pumps, split air conditioners, canteen facilities, accommodations, lighting systems, and power generators.

• Operate workshop equipment such as grinders, drilling machines, manual welding machines, power generators, and electric panels for assembly and repair of equipment and electrical devices.
• Conduct measurements using tools such as multimeters, hydraulic gauges, pneumatic gauges, calipers, micrometers, and measuring tape.
• Apply knowledge of both AC and DC electrical systems to perform tasks effectively.
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or potential problems with electrical systems and equipment.
• Diagnose electrical faults and malfunctions through systematic troubleshooting procedures.
• Adjust, repair, and overhaul electrical systems and equipment as needed to restore functionality.
• Generate and interpret electrical diagrams to aid in troubleshooting and repair processes.
• Ensure proper sizing and installation of power generators to meet operational requirements.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
• Degree or diploma in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with specific experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Proficiency in operating workshop equipment and conducting measurements.
• Strong knowledge of both AC and DC electrical systems.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnosis, troubleshooting, adjustments, repairs, and overhauls of electrical systems and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety protocols and regulations in an industrial environment
