Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
• Degree in Petroleum / Process / Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Min 10 years’ experience in oil and gas process/production (Site or Office).
• On site operations experience is an advantage
• Know-how and expertise in operation and process of producing heavy oil, waxy crude.
• Strong experience in Network simulations, Production chemistry, wax and thermal management
• Expertise of flow assurance software (Olga, Leda Flow, Pipe Net etc.) and in interpreting flow assurance results
• Problem-solving skills for complex and integrated processes
• Knowledge of industry norms and specifications

Activities
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Follow up and ensure proper assessment of vendors and programs.
• Provide support to Facilities Package Manager in definition and management of the external and internal Interfaces of Tilenga project.
• Supervise, co-ordinate and control all the Industrial Area activities and to ensure that the execution is conducted in accordance with the project referential.
• Define the package contractual strategy and to evaluate the proposals, conduct the negotiation to finally recommend the contractors to be selected for the EPC phase. To define the responsibilities at perform battery limits with the other packages of the Project.
• Define the Industrial Area organization and to identify the required personnel to be mobilized for each phase.
• Lead and coordinate all the activities of the Package for each phase of the project, basic engineering, detail design, fabrication in accordance with the defined Project budget and schedule.
• Implement the HSE and QA/QC Project requirements at all stages of the Project.
• Promote innovative and cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor and manage the work performed by the Contractors, identify any deviation in cost and schedule and make proposals for corresponding corrective actions.
• Organize and manage the Package technical and quality reviews.
• Coordinate with other package project managers and facilitate cross-organizational optimization and interface alignment.
• Update, monitor and control budget, time schedule, cost and quality and provide reporting.
• Manage contracts (e.g. tender, negotiation, variation orders and claims). Maintain relations to contractors/suppliers.
• Continuously identify, analyze and manage project risks through the project including implement response plan, reviews, inspections, campaigns, test and other Q- and HSE activities.
