Job Summary: Kweli.shop is looking for a dedicated Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time. This hybrid role involves addressing customer enquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate product and service information through various channels.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Key responsibilities include assisting customers with orders and requests, managing escalations, documenting interactions, and ensuring resolutions while gathering feedback to enhance customer experience.
- You’ll also provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and suggest process improvements, all while staying updated on our products and services.
- Additional tasks may be assigned to support the company’s dynamic needs.
