Installs, maintains, and supports IT systems and networks within an organization, ensuring users have reliable access to technology tools and services.
- Minimum Qualification : Diploma
- Experience Level : Entry level

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure hardware, software, networks, and printers.
- Troubleshoot system and network issues.
- Provide support to end-users in person or remotely.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and perform regular backups.
- Monitor cybersecurity risks and enforce IT policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems.
- Familiarity with networking and IT security protocols.
- Analytical thinking and excellent customer service.
