JOB DETAILS:
Reports to: IT Manager/Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Specialist to provide technical support and maintenance of our computer systems, networks, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical support to staff and students.
• Develop and implement ICT policies and procedures.
• Conduct training sessions for staff and students on ICT usage.
• Ensure data security and backup systems are in place.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate ICT into their operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ICT trends and technologies.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
