Role Description

This is an on-site, contract role for an HVAC Project Manager located in Apapa. The HVAC Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing HVAC projects from start to finish. Daily tasks include project planning, coordinating with clients and team members, managing budgets, supervising installation and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and providing after-sales support. Additionally, the HVAC Project Manager will conduct site visits, prepare reports, and ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC project management, including planning, budgeting, and overseeing installations
• Must have started and completed Daikin VRV installation project
• Knowledge of HVAC system design, commissioning, and maintenance
• Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate with clients and team members effectively
• Ability to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct site visits and prepare detailed reports
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant certifications in HVAC project management are beneficial
