We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team and help us drive our HR strategy forward.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage our Human Resources department in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The HR Manager will be responsible for implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our business goals, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. A strong background in HR software and systems is essential to streamline HR operations and enhance data management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the manufacturing facility.
• Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of skilled workers.

• Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they integrate smoothly into the company’s culture and operations.
• Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

• Lead performance management processes, including setting performance standards, conducting reviews, and developing improvement plans.
• Design and implement training and development programs to improve employee skills and foster career growth within the company.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the manufacturing industry and compliance with regulations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Utilize HR software to manage employee data, payroll, benefits, and performance management efficiently.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement, morale, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with department heads and senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management or a related role.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws specific to the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems, with the ability to leverage technology to improve HR processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in conflict resolution and performance management.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
