Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Address employee concerns and provide support in resolving conflicts or issues. Promote a positive work environment and encourage employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and support managers in performance evaluations. Track and monitor employee performance, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, manage HR documentation, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company and other HR-related paperwork.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programs. Support in organizing workshops, seminars, and other educational activities.
  • Help implement employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and recognition programs to improve retention and job satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with HR best practices, employee relations, performance management, and employment laws.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees at all levels and to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality.
  • Proactive in identifying HR issues and implementing effective solutions.
