We  are looking for competent, skilled and experienced Human Resource Officer to work in Kampala Head Office

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Assisting the recruitment process, including job postings, candidates screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating selection activities.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
3. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring the smooth transition into the organization.
4. Conduct orientation sessions and provide neccesary training on company policies, procedures, and benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Bachelor's degree in Human resource management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of prograsive  HR experience, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment.
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training & development is preferred.
• Professional HR certification ( eg. SHRM-CP, CIPD) is an added advantage
