To support the organization's human resources operations by implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and administration.

Job Description/Requirements

 

Key Responsibilities:
1Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital).
2. Handle day-to-day employee relations matters and support conflict resolution processes.
3. Assist in implementing and monitoring HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
4. Organize and coordinate training and development programs.
5. Support performance appraisal processes and ensure timely documentation.
6. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
7. Ensure employee welfare initiatives are active, including medical insurance, wellness programs, and social activities.
8. Manage employee exit processes, including conducting exit interviews and processing clearances.
9. Prepare HR reports and analytics as required (e.g., staff turnover, leave reports).
10. Support disciplinary and grievance handling procedures.

11.  Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.

12. Perform other HR duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
2. Professional certification (e.g., CHRP, CIPD) is an added advantage
3. 2+ years' experience in a similar HR role.
4. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Good organizational and administrative skills.
7. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
