Responsibilities
• Assist with the recruitment process.
• Prepare and maintain employment records.
• Address employee inquiries regarding policies, compensation, and other benefits.
• Support the HR Manager with various initiatives to enhance employee experience.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Industry: Manufacturing/Automotive.
