Rankford Global is a fully registered human resource management firm in Uganda dedicated to assisting clients with their talent management processes and organizational development needs to build strong teams. We provide a comprehensive range of human resource services such as Recruitment, HR Consulting & Advisory, Manpower Management, HR Outsourcing, Payroll Management, Human Resource streamlining, Expatriate handling (Work permits & visas), and Organizational Development.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
  • Lead workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
  • Advise management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment,
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll administration
  • Handle employee relations matters, grievances and disciplinary processes.
  • Coordinate performance management and staff appraisal processes
  • Identify training needs and coordinate staff development programs

 

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

 

  • A HRM, Business Admin, or a related field.
  • A Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management, Organisation Psychology
  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience, preferably in a manufacturing
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills.
