KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruitment & onboarding of new staff
• Performance management & staff evaluations
• Attendance and leave management
• Employee welfare and conflict resolution
• Policy implementation & disciplinary procedures
• Organizing staff training and development
• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Excellent organizational skills
• Previous HR experience is an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
