Job Description/Requirements

Founded in 2019, Starfly Steel (Uganda) Company has built up a win-win platform between premium quality mills and clients as evidenced by convenient transportation, intellectual marketing network, powerful warehousing, processing and distribution system, and abundant supply chain management experience. The company has a wide array of industrial products on offer, including hot rolled coil, hot rolled steel plate, H-beam, channel steel, angle steel, welding rod, hollow sections and so on.

Job Requirement.

  1. A bachelors degree in industrial and Organizational Psychology or Human Resource Management
  2. The minimum level of experience as an administrator or HR officer required is less than 2 month to 1 year of experience in a busy office and age limit of 21-30 years of age preferably female.
  3. Good communication skills, honesty, trustworthy and good interpersonal skills.
  4. Good excel and computer skills and knowledge is an added advantage
  5. We are looking for HR Officer who will help recruit, support, counsel and develop talent.
  6. Shoud be open to experience ie eager to learn, creative, welcoming to new ideas etc
  7. Should be a committed and approachable individual
  8. Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
  9. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  10. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  11. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
