- Ability to develop HR strategies and align them with the business objectives.
- An in-depth knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Strong leadership skills to manage HR staff and guide the organization

- Excellent active listening, negotiation and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and programs to ensure effective management of human resources.
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring of suitable candidates. Manage the onboarding process for new staff and equally manage the exit process for staff leaving the organization.
- Responsible for developing and execution of employee motivation strategies in order to improve productivity and performance.
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and conduct reviews
- Manage the training program for employees by identifying training needs and developing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Provide administrative support and ensure overall well-being of the employees
- Manage employee relations, receive employee complaints, mediate conflicts and handle disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations and all company policies.
- Administer employee benefits and related programs.
- Employee engagement: Implement strategies to foster positive work environment and improve employee engagement and retention.
- Serve as a bridge between employees and management facilitating effective communication.
- Any other assignment as may be directed by the line manager
Qualifications
- A strong University Degree (minimum Bachelor) in the areas of Human Resource Management or other relevant discipline.
