Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Capital Support: Provide operational support in learning & development, performance reviews, employee engagement, payroll, and HC data reporting.
2. Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment, onboarding, job description drafting, interviews, and background checks.

3. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and Ugandan labor laws.
4. Employee Relations: Foster a constructive work environment to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
5. Initiatives: Participate in HC projects and initiatives.
6. Administration & Office Management: Oversee office facilities, supplies, and ensure a productive workspace.
7. Health & Safety: Assist in ensuring workplace safety compliance and emergency response coordination.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Capital Management with administrative exposure.
• Strong knowledge of Ugandan labor laws and compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in healthcare operations is a plus.
