Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking an HSE Graduate Trainee for a client in the oil and gas sector. The role involves supporting the implementation of HSE management systems and ensuring compliance with local HSE laws, regulations, standards, and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the company’s HSE management systems and procedures.
• Support monitoring and reporting on health, safety, and environmental performance.
• Contribute to conducting HSE inspections, audits, and risk assessments on site.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with local HSE laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Support incident reporting and investigation processes, including root cause analysis.
• Contribute to HSE training, awareness programs, and safety campaigns for staff.
• Assist in maintaining accurate HSE records, documentation, and reports.
• Support initiatives to promote a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Recent graduate within the past two years.
• Basic knowledge of oil and gas operations is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a hands-on, technical environment.
