About the job
- Develop and implement recruitment plans, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews to ensure the factory hires suitable employees with relevant skills and experience.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, contract signing, and establishing personnel records.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and collaborate with the management team to develop reward and promotion plans.
- Manage employee relations, handling employee complaints, disputes, and other issues to ensure a harmonious workplace.
- Administer employee benefits and welfare programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, etc.
- Manage employee training and development plans, identify training needs, and organize relevant training activities.
- Ensure factory HR policies comply with legal requirements and update and enforce relevant policies in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the factory management team to understand business needs and provide HR advice and support.
- Manage the employee offboarding process, including exit procedures, conducting exit interviews, etc.
