Job Summary
Responsible for entire recruitment,deliver strong supports on end to end talent acquisition process, from job posting through sourcing & screening, all the way till extending an offer, all aimed to attract talents from entry level to top level.
- Minimum Qualification : Bachelors
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
2. Partner with external outsourced recruiting channels (job board and search firms, etc.) and also cultivate talent database pool
3. Support HR team on regional localization and optimization of policies and procedures, manpower efficiency and productivity analysis
4. Provide support to the Human Resource department in day-to-day operations to align with company business goals and objectives.
5. Handle basic administrative duties including office management、expense management、purchasing , etc
6. Ability to think of solutions from caring the company's view and solve manpower-related problems for the company
7. Assist the company with daily status monitoring of the workplace and good reporting habits
8. Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
1. 2+ experience in fast paced, dynamic and high growth environment
2. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Able to work independently as well as collaborate with employees at all levels in different teams.
3. Strong partnership with HQ drive support of overall people goals.
4. Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn, grow and develop others
5. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Strong sense of responsibility, maturity and teamwork. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload on a daily basis.
