Job Summary
As Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and leading all HR functions at NLS Waste Services Ltd. You will drive the development of policies, structures, and systems that support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, staff engagement, compliance, training, and organizational culture.

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and frameworks

Design & execute performance management systems
Draft and enforce the HR Manual, Code of Conduct, disciplinary procedures
Manage employee welfare, engagement, communication, grievance handling
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, contracts, NSSF, PAYE, workplace regulations
