Location: Remote/ Hybrid
Net Compensation : Net: 750,000 - 1,000,000 Ugx
Job Purpose
The HR Consultant will support the day-to-day human resource requirements of the company. This role requires a highly organised, computer-savvy, and systems-oriented individual who can manage recruitment, HR policy and documentation and all HR administrative duties. The ideal candidate must be comfortable using digital systems, maintaining well-structured records, and confident in using Google workspace tools especially google docs and sheets, MS office tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint as well as other HR systems, canva and other online tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, virtual interviews, and onboarding coordination.
- Draft and manage secure and accurate digital client files, contracts, proposals and client documentation.
- Draft and manage HR documents, including contracts, policies, employee handbooks, disciplinary records, and performance-related documentation.
- Support HR consultancy projects by providing HR administration, compliance support, and implementation of HR best practices for clients.
- Prepare and analyse HR reports, dashboards, workforce metrics, and management information using digital tools and reporting systems.
- Coordinate payroll support activities, including attendance, leave, timesheet, and employee data verification.
- Support client relations processes by handling HR queries and coordinating disciplinary, grievance, and conflict-resolution documentation.
- Coordinate virtual training programmes, learning initiatives, and employee development activities through online platforms.
- Monitor compliance with labour laws, HR policies, data protection requirements, and regulatory standards across client engagements.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by leveraging technology, automation, and digital HR solutions to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR and administration.
- Experience in a fast-paced or service-oriented environment is an added advantage.
