Job Description/Requirements
We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and results-oriented HR Business Partner to support our operations in the Agriculture sector. This role requires a proactive individual with strong HR expertise, financial management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll management and ensuring accuracy in all staff payments.
- Managing casual labourers’ payment processes.
- Leading and supporting performance management processes.
- Coordinating and delivering training programs.
- Recruitment and selection of staff across all levels.
- Ensuring effective use of HRIMS for staff data and processes.
- Supporting management with HR strategy and employee relations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Financial Management Training is a must.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment (preferably agriculture, FMCG, or manufacturing).
- Strong knowledge and practical use of HRIMS.
- Excellent training, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- High integrity, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to work upcountry.
- Ability to start immediately or within 1 week if not currently employed.
Additional Considerations
• Must be conversant with payroll and Casual labour management in large teams.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, adaptable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
